Each person's journey with Cancer is a unique experience and often a very challenging time. Complementary therapies like Massage, Reflexology, and Reiki can offer numerous benefits for Cancer care. These gentle treatments can help to alleviate stress and anxiety, promoting relaxation and providing a sense of emotional well-being and inner-strength,  Additionally, they may help to support self-esteem, the body's own natural healing processes and provide relief from some pain and discomfort.
Importantly, these Therapies can be adapted and tailored to meet individual needs, with shorter durations as necessary and lighter pressure to ensure comfort for the receiver.
