Refund Policy For Pilates & Therapy Services
Pilates Group Class & Private Tuition fees for courses, multiple or block bookings purchased in advance, cannot be refunded if the customer then decides not to attend or is unable to attend..
Should for any reasons, the Instructor/Therapist be unable to conduct the class, tuition/coaching session or Therapy treatment service, the customer will be offered a full refund to the value of the class or service that has not been used, or a credit towards booking another service at a later date.
Refund Policy for Retail Purchases
Retail products can be refunded if returned in perfect unused condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
Items such as skin care, cosmetics and socks, footwear and undergarments, cannot be returned or refunded for reasons of hygeine.
Products that have manufacturing fault and are not fit for purpose are accepted for refunds.
Refunds must be processed to the same card account and same method of payment used for the original purchase.
