Reiki Healing

REIKI  originated in Japan and is a form of natural holistic energy treatment, designed to positively boost our sense of well-being and inner balance and calm.

There is no belief or religious system required to receive Reiki healing which means it is open to everyone.

Reiki treatments help to harmonise and balance the energy flow in the body and therefore has many health benefits, helping to relax the body and calm the mind, reduce pain, stress and anxiety, whilst increasing overall energy flow.

My Reiki healing practice offers a gentle, nurturing space to pause, restore and reconnect with yourself. As a Reiki Level 2 practitioner, attuned through the USUI lineage, my lineage, drawn from Teacher to Teacher in succession, is a follows:

I work with Reiki energy to support relaxation, emotional balance and a greater sense of calm and wellbeing.

Each session is a peaceful opportunity to release tension, quiet the mind and allow the body and energy to return towards balance.

The treatment experience is very gentle and relaxing and only requires removal of shoes for the purpose of relaxing in a reclining chair, or treatment couch. The Reiki practitioner places their hands either on, or just above, various points on the body to enable the channelling of Reiki Universal Life Force Energy.

Clients often report feeling deeply relaxed and with a sensation of warmth radiating from the practitioner's hands, even sometimes without direct contact.
